My go-to’s include mining skills, health skills (eating, not getting stunned, healing), and stamina skills (archery, swinging, sprinting.) This will send you 1k or further to the next nearest trader, which can be a good opportunity to relocate to a new city. Continually request/complete the nearest quests until you are encouraged to do a “special quest” to open nearby trading lines. Spend dukes on useful items at all trader shops. Complete quests for duke coins and rewards. Complete the intro quest to find the nearest trader. ![]() With a stone axe you can “repair/fortify” the wooden home base you’ve built and upgrade it to stone. Do this by mining rock and shoveling clay (from the ground in most biomes.) Then craft “cobblestone rock” using the rock/clay. I can get my data to synchronise but between the camera and the phone but the phone doesnt seem to update as frequently as yours as my camera stores the same setting if I go for a 5 min walk down the road. It should poll the gps device either every time you half press the shutter or update every 1-3-5-10 minutes. The big problem is that it puts 'false/incorrect' location data if you move around or are walking. Looks like I need to do some tests to confirm this. They have updated the app (now v4.x) but it is still not great and I am pretty sure they havent updated the geotagging part. I do not think they have changed it since. We instead climbed up Tunnel Creek Road, and then rode the Flume around Marlette Lake to the Marlette Creek Trail, a super fun 2.7 mile descent back to the car. My friend and I opted for something totally different. They either ride it one way, descending via Tunnel Creek Road and catching a shuttle back, or do it as an out and back ride, retracing their tracks. Most people start from Lake Tahoe Nevada State Park, taking the trail out to Marlette Lake and along the singletrack that overlooks the lake. There are a couple of ways to access the Flume Trail, and the surrounding trail network, which includes sections of the Tahoe Rim Trail, means that you can include it in a longer ride. The Flume is also open to hikers. ![]() While not a super technical trail, it should be noted that the Flume does have some exposure and crosses a few steep sections. A Portable Oxygenator with a suitable power generator, such as a Small Wind Turbine, can reduce the worry of suffocation. Additional Oxygen Tanks or Oxygen Filters can allow the player to operate further away from their network of tethers for a limited time. To expand their reach, players can use the Oxygenator and a line of Tethers. ![]() Therefore, while exploring, the player must make sure they have ample supply or access to a source of oxygen, i.e., a vehicle or a shelter. When the player runs out of Oxygen, they start to suffocate, which can result in death. One of the best ways to avoid fall damage, is to slide along cliff or cavern walls, as the game only considers it fall damage if you land straight down without any angle Fall damage can be negated with the use of Solid-Fuel Jump Jet or Hydrazine Jet Pack. If a player is not careful, they could fall off a cliff or down a hole, with some hazardous flora also causing fall damage from knocking the player into the air. Like flora, geysers can be destroyed by digging them up, though they drop nothing.įall Damage is a passive hazard that players must be careful of. While the geyser itself only causes minor harm to the player, additional fall damage could end up being fatal if the player is not careful. When the player walks into them, they will be launched into the air. Geysers are vents of hot steam that appear on the surfaces of Desolo, Vesania, Novus, and Glacio. ![]() Mutant versions of the plant will not drop samples or create research items, and will drop the same seed when dug back up. Offensive flora has a chance to drop mutant Seeds, which allows for players to plant harmless versions of the flora, which have blue spots instead of red. Offensive Flora will harm players from a longer range than defensive flora will, and are often more deadly, spewing clouds of acid, shooting exploding projectiles, or exploding on their own when the player gets too close. Defensive flora has a chance to drop a seed when dug up, allowing it to be replanted to gain even more Seeds, Research Samples or Research Items at the roots. Defensive Flora are plants that will not harm the player directly, and will only harm the player when they step on the plant or disturb it with the Terrain Tool. |
